Ukraine’s SBU and Defense Forces struck the Slavneft-YANOS refinery in Yaroslavl and two Russian FSB coast guard patrol ships in occupied Kerch. The SBU said at least six explosions and four fires were recorded at the refinery, with damage to four crude-oil tanks and the key ELOU-1 and AVT-3 processing units. The Project 10410 patrol ships Balaklava and Kerch were also damaged in the port strike.
