HUR says its Group 13 unit put Magura combat sea platforms on display off Yalta in Russian-occupied Crimea on August 7, ahead of the city's holiday. The agency described the sailing as a "parade" reviving a tradition from free Yalta, when Ukrainian military ships and vessels passed the waterfront. HUR said the appearance was intended as a reminder to Russian occupation forces that Crimea is Ukraine.
