Ukraine and Serbia have signed a memorandum of understanding in Belgrade. The document was signed by Serbian Agriculture Minister Dragan Glamočić and Ukrainian Ambassador to Serbia Oleksandr Lytvynenko. Following the signing ceremony, Presidents Zelensky and Aleksandar Vučić began their remarks.
