Acting Defense Minister Yevhen Khmara says expanding deep strikes into Russia is one of Ukraine’s key priorities. He said Ukraine intends to “shut down the Russian war machine” by destroying infrastructure, fleet assets, logistics, fuel and energy facilities and enterprises supporting the war. Khmara said future operations will become harder to counter, Ukrainian weapons will be produced in greater numbers and strikes will become more precise. “Russia will burn,” he said.
