Ukraine’s Navy says Neptune missiles struck Russia’s Kombinat Kamensky defense plant near Kamensk-Shakhtinsky in Rostov region. Satellite intelligence recorded hits on production workshops. The plant supplies solid rocket fuel for Uragan, Smerch and Tornado-S MLRS ammunition, as well as other missile and aviation systems. The Navy says the strike disrupted Russia’s solid-propellant production chain used to equip rocket motors for air-defense and MLRS systems.
