Vadym Skibitskyi said Moscow’s current plans envision no agreements or peace deal by the end of 2026. He added that Russia’s General Staff aims to complete the capture of Donetsk region before year’s end, while Russian forces continue offensive operations and intensify strikes on Ukrainian infrastructure.
