Ukraine’s Inguar has completed development of its new Inguar-2 armored vehicle, designed as a lighter and cheaper alternative to heavier vehicles.

Ukraine’s Inguar has completed development of its new Inguar-2 armored vehicle, designed as a lighter and cheaper alternative to heavier vehicles. The 8.5-ton vehicle offers protection against rifle fire and a 6 kg TNT blast, has 460 mm ground clearance and a top speed limited to 160 km/h. Ukrainian-made components account for 65% of the vehicle. A first test batch has already been purchased for operational trials, with serial production planned for Q1 2027.
