Ukraine's General Staff confirmed strikes on the Lukoil-Permnefteorgsintez refinery in Perm and Marinovka airfield in Volgograd region. A fire was recorded at the refinery, while the extent of damage is still being assessed. The plant is more than 1,500 km from Ukraine's border, has a design capacity above 13 million tons of oil per year and supplies the Russian military.
