Ukraine's General Staff confirmed a strike on the Novokuybyshevsk oil refinery in Russia's Samara region overnight, followed by a fire at the facility. The refinery, part of Rosneft, has capacity of about 8.8 million tons of crude per year and produces more than 20 products, including gasoline, aviation fuel, diesel and lubricant components. The General Staff says its products are used to support the Russian military.
