Putin signed a decree allowing Russia to place critical infrastructure under temporary state management if owners fail to take adequate measures to protect it from attacks, including those involving drones. The decree covers fuel and energy, industrial, communications, utilities, transport, logistics and power facilities, including nuclear sites, as well as other assets deemed important to Russia's security and economic stability.
