Former Ukrainian Defense Minister Fedorov said Ukraine must make key decisions within the next few months to change the war's trajectory, warning that it appears to be gradually losing while still having "every chance" to win. He said Kyiv lacks a clear victory plan and that corruption, political influence and the absence of a systematic approach to innovation are limiting the state.Fedorov cited shortages of interceptor missiles and called for faster development of autonomous AI drones, cheap interceptor missiles and a domestic ballistic missile program. He also proposed a frontline network of electronic sensors and drones to reduce the number of troops directly deployed at the front.
