Ukrainian forces hit the AVT-6 unit at the Kstovo oil refinery in Russia. Several cranes are now positioned around the burned-out unit as repairs continue. The Kstovo refinery, operated by LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez, is one of Russia's 3-4 largest refineries, with processing capacity of about 17 million tons of oil per year. By capacity, it ranks roughly fourth in Russia.
