The death toll from Russia's August 28 attack on Bucha district and subsequent detonations has risen to 37, Kyiv regional chief Tymur Tkachenko says. More than 40 people were reported injured and 381 evacuated from the emergency zone. August 30 will be a day of mourning in Kyiv region.
