Ukrainian prankster Yevhen Volnov infiltrated a closed Russian government videoconference involving Rosaviatsiya, the Ministry of Industry and Trade and drone manufacturers. Volnov interrupted the meeting, challenged participants over Russia's drone program and, when asked who he was, replied that his "passport says SBU." Officials had disclosed that just 8 of 33 applications to certify different drone types were approved. The meeting was then stopped.
