Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov says a trilateral meeting between Trump, Putin and Zelensky would only be possible to formalize agreements already reached. "Such a meeting is possible only to consolidate agreements. Agreements are not some primitive deal," Peskov said. He added that Moscow remains open to renewed Russia-Ukraine negotiations in Turkey, but claimed there are currently no preconditions for such talks.
