Russia struck the National University of Food Technologies in Kyiv during the day, damaging university buildings, according to Deputy Education Minister Andrii Butenko. No students or staff were injured. Butenko said the university had organized its educational process with security risks in mind. The strike came on the second day of the new academic year, which began just one day earlier.
