The incidents come after Berlin concluded that Russia was behind an attempted drone attack on a Ukrainian cargo plane at Leipzig/Halle airport. One grid attack targeted a substation near Bergheim, while another damaged power lines at a critical high-voltage node in Brandenburg. Authorities have not established any Russian role in the grid incidents.
