DniproOsint satellite analysis shows at least four major burn sites at LUKOIL's Kstovo refinery following the August 26 drone attack. Technical racks and columns at the AVT-1, AVT-4 and AVT-5 primary refining units were heavily damaged, along with vacuum gasoil hydrotreating equipment. The refinery has completely halted operations for repairs. The facility has capacity to process about 17 million tonnes of oil annually and accounts for up to 11% of Russia's gasoline production.
