Slovak PM Robert Fico said Ukraine is "already crying that it has no money" despite approval of a €90 billion loan and is already asking for more. He said Slovakia has never been part of any financial mechanism supporting the war in Ukraine and would continue that approach. Fico added that while he remains prime minister, he will never agree at EU level to Slovakia joining any loan or financial grant that would support the war.
