❗️The Kremlin (on repeat) says Russia is aware of reported plans by Germany, the UK and France to begin producing long-range ballistic missiles in Ukraine and is verifying the information. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said any such production facility would be considered a legitimate target for Russia.
