Ukraine's General Staff says operations have stopped at two major Russian oil-industry facilities following Ukrainian strikes. The LUKOIL Nizhny Novgorod refinery in Kstovo was hit on August 26, while the NOVATEK Ust-Luga complex was struck on September 1. At Ust-Luga, Ukraine says pipelines, the primary gas condensate processing unit and two hydrocracking columns were hit, with oil products spilled over areas of 200 and 250 square meters. Kyiv says both sites support Russian forces.
