He expects Putin to mobilize and increase both conventional and jet-powered Shahed attacks, alongside larger simultaneous missile salvos against Ukraine. Magyar said Russia is shifting the concentration of its strikes toward infrastructure and civilians because it cannot demonstrate battlefield success, adding he is "not sure" about the Baltics in a three-day scenario.
