Ukraine's General Staff confirmed overnight strikes on the Ryazan oil refinery, Rostov-on-Don airfield, a Podlet radar and two Pantsir-S1 air defense systems. Fires were recorded at the refinery and near the airfield. The extent of damage to the Russian targets is still being assessed.
