Ukraine can now strike targets more than 2,000 km away, HUR chief Oleh Ivashchenko said. He described Ukrainian strikes on Russia as "very critical," saying they force production shutdowns, repairs, logistics changes and air defense redeployments. Ivashchenko said Ukraine targets energy infrastructure supplying Russian forces, logistics hubs and facilities supporting Russia's defense industry, with the goal of reducing Moscow's ability to produce weapons and sustain the war.
