Ukraine and Canada signed a declaration establishing a 100-year partnership and agreed on new defense and energy support. Canada will provide over $430 million in loan guarantees for Ukrainian gas purchases, a new defense package focused primarily on air defense, and $40 million for a veterans fund. Zelensky also said the first document under a bilateral Drone Deal was signed, while 21 Ukrainian pilots are currently training in Canada.
