❗️Ukrainian forces struck the Syzran oil refinery in Russia's Samara region, with storage tanks reportedly burning at the facility. The Rosneft-owned plant has a design capacity of roughly 8.5-8.9 million tonnes of oil annually, accounting for more than 3% of Russia's refining capacity. It produces gasoline, diesel, aviation kerosene and other petroleum products and is linked to Russian military fuel supplies.
