Ukrainian forces struck the TANECO oil refinery in Nizhnekamsk with FP-1 drones on September 13, hitting the ELOU-AVT-7 unit. It is the refinery’s largest primary oil processing unit, with annual capacity of 9.2 million tons. According to a DniproOsint analysis, taking ELOU-AVT-7 offline would halt around 52% of TANECO’s total primary oil processing capacity, potentially removing more than half of that capacity from operation.
