❗️Trump signed the Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia and Iran Act into law, expanding US sanctions, tariffs and prohibitions targeting Russia while extending existing sanctions on Iran. The law authorizes tariffs of up to 100% on goods from countries among the five largest buyers of Russian oil and gas and includes a mechanism allowing the president to temporarily waive certain sanctions for up to 180 days. Zelensky thanked Trump and Congress and called for rapid implementation.
