❗️Latvia’s President Edgars Rinkēvičs warned that Europe and NATO are struggling to keep pace with rapidly evolving drone and aerial warfare in Ukraine. He said air, drone and ballistic-missile defenses face serious problems, and preparations being made today could become obsolete by mid-2027. Rinkēvičs said many NATO countries would face a serious challenge countering even a limited Russian missile attack, while stressing that developing real European defense capabilities will take time.
