❗️Ukrainian forces struck Rosneft’s Kuibyshev Oil Refinery in Russia’s Samara region overnight. The plant has a design capacity of around 7 million tons of crude annually. In 2024, it processed 4.7 million tons, producing around 1.4 million tons of diesel, 800,000 tons of gasoline and 1.3 million tons of fuel oil. Large fires were reported near its primary distillation units following the latest attack. The refinery has previously suffered disruptions from Ukrainian strikes.
