US Secretary of State Marco Rubio says American-linked ships and oil supplies have been targeted by Ukraine on several occasions in recent months, probably unintentionally, and said the issue must be addressed. Rubio also backed an energy ceasefire under which Ukrainian infrastructure and Russian energy supplies would not be targeted. He said most of the recent increase in oil prices was linked to the Black Sea, Ukraine and Russia, as well as Yemen and the Houthis, adding that prices have now stabilized.
