Ukraine condemned the EU decision to remove Russian billionaires Alisher Usmanov and Mikhail Fridman from its sanctions list. Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha called the move “shameful and unjustified” and urged every European country to immediately impose national sanctions against the two men.
