Finland and Ukraine signed an Agreement on Enhanced Defence and Security Cooperation under the Drone Deal format in New York. The agreement aims to strengthen both countries’ defense capabilities, industrial cooperation and technological development. It enables technology and knowledge transfers, joint research and development, manufacturing and drone technology development, while simplifying administrative processes for defense exports. Presidents Alexander Stubb and Zelensky signed it.
