Ukraine’s Defense Forces struck the Iskra electronics plant in Ulyanovsk, with more than 10 impacts reported across the facility. The plant specializes in semiconductor and electronic components, including transistors, diodes, IGBT and microwave modules and hybrid microassemblies. Its products are used in Russian Kh-59M2/M2A missiles and Pantsir-S1 air-defense systems.
