Ukraine’s SBU confirmed strikes on the Azov Optical-Mechanical Plant in Russia’s Rostov region using Neptune cruise missiles and Ruta, Palianytsia and Bars jet-powered missile-drones. Preliminary data indicates damage to optical and foundry production facilities, an assembly area, electroplating workshop and printed circuit-board workshop. The SBU says the plant produces radar and infrared missile seekers, thermal imaging devices and electronics for precision artillery.
