Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov claimed Europeans are preparing for war with Russia and alleged there are attempts to create a “Fourth Reich.” He said Moscow considers an agreement to have been reached in Anchorage and remains ready to return to it. Lavrov also said Russia maintains several confidential communication channels with EU countries and accused Europeans of traveling around the world to purchase weapons for Kyiv. He argued the US would eventually have to embrace multilateralism.
