Ukrainian forces conducted an operation to deliver around 4,000 kg of food to 100 designated locations in Russian-occupied Oleshky. The report says Russian troops shoot down drones carrying supplies and seize or resell food intended for children and elderly residents. It also alleges that occupation forces detain residents for receiving humanitarian packages, hold them in basements, beat them and subject them to violence.
