The LPDS is a key oil hub where crude is blended into the Urals export grade and distributed into the Kuibyshev-Tikhoretsk and Druzhba pipelines. Spanning more than 216 hectares, its 71 storage tanks have a combined capacity exceeding 1.6 million cubic meters of oil.
