Satellite analysis of Russia’s Ilsky refinery after the September 26 FP-1 drone strike indicates that all of its primary processing capacity was hit. At least six impacts were identified on equipment belonging to the AVT-5 and AVT-6 units, which provide most of the refinery’s processing capacity. The smaller AVT-3 unit burned extensively. Two additional impacts were identified on technical overpasses in the northern section, along with an oil spill in the tank farm.
