❗️Montenegro is expelling Mikhail Zvinchuk, founder of the Russian Rybar network, and four other Russian citizens. Montenegro’s Interior Ministry said all five had their residency status revoked and were issued expulsion orders after authorities deemed them a threat to the country’s national and internal security.
