Zelensky says the US government ordered the speed restrictions affecting Starlink and Starshield, while SpaceX technically implemented the decision. According to the Ukrainian president, those restrictions have still not been lifted.Zelensky also said Ukraine went three days without US intelligence that allows it to know when Russia launches ballistic missiles. He said Ukraine wants to trust President Donald Trump but hopes he will reconsider his decisions, which Zelensky called mistakes, and change his approach toward Putin. Zelensky added that if the US officially takes Russia’s side, Ukraine “will not be able to win” or withstand the war. He said he hopes Trump will instead side with Ukraine or at least remain neutral.
