Ukrainian troops carried out an unusual frontline evacuation by air, using a Ukrainian-made heavy hexacopter to extract a wounded soldier from the 30th Mechanized Brigade. Enemy drones and mined terrain had made a conventional evacuation impossible. Working with the manufacturer, troops from the 92nd Assault Brigade modified the heavy bomber drone to keep it stable in flight while carrying the wounded soldier.
