Ukraine says Russia has prepared an international information operation called "Telemost" for 15:00. The broadcast is expected to accuse Ukrainian forces of crimes against civilians in occupied territories. Kyiv says the goal is to conceal Russian crimes, including in Oleshky, discredit Ukraine's Defense Forces and weaken international support by targeting European governments as well.
