Zelensky says Trump should direct the same rhetoric he uses against him toward Putin. He noted that Congress backed tougher sanctions against Russia and asked why Trump has not imposed them, suggesting that Trump and Putin may still have a "special relationship."Zelensky also said Ukraine asked the United States for air-defense missiles to protect its energy sector, not for free, with Europe ready to finance them. He said Washington told Kyiv it could not provide the missiles because available stocks had been sent to the Middle East.
