❗️Ukraine's Commander-in-Chief, Maj. Gen. Mykhailo Drapatyi, has issued an order tightening restrictions on military personnel linked to corruption cases, according to Nashi Groshi, citing Armed Forces sources.Personnel accused of serious or especially serious corruption offenses whose cases are already in court cannot be assigned to units, allowing commanders to remove them even before a verdict. The order also introduces stricter checks for sensitive posts in recruitment centers, military medical commissions, procurement, legal, anti-corruption and internal-control units. Personnel convicted of corruption may be moved away from leadership or financial roles, while commanders are also barred from using service duties as a reason for subordinates to miss investigators or court hearings.
