Ukraine's government has created a Coordination Center to oversee military-service exemptions and coordinate criteria for critical enterprises. The government also revised the definition of critical importance and ordered sectoral and regional criteria to be reviewed. For fuel-energy and defense-industry companies, the maximum share of eligible employees who can be exempted has been raised to 95%.
