On October 25, the Ukrainian Air Force struck the Energia plant in Yelets with Storm Shadow cruise missiles. At least seven impacts were recorded across several buildings. Energia develops and produces chemical power sources used in Russian weapons, including Iskander-M and Iskander-K missiles, Zircon, Kinzhal, UMPB D-30SN, RM-48U and 95Ya6 missiles for the Pantsir system.
