Ukraine's 475th Separate Assault Regiment CODE 9.2 evacuated two severely wounded soldiers over the past week using the Ukrainian-made StarGate aerial casevac drone. Ground evacuation was impossible because of terrain, water obstacles and Russian FPV threats. In one mission, StarGate flew nearly 30 km to the casualty and roughly the same distance back, while AI-based navigation kept it flying despite Russian EW suppressing satellite navigation.
