Satellite imagery of Russia’s 75th Arsenal in Serpukhov shows workshops No. 24 and 25 and a nearby hangar were hit in the October 22 attack. Open-source data identifies the workshops as key production and repair facilities for S-300V, Buk-M1/M2 and Tunguska-M air-defense components, radar systems and related electronics. Damage to these facilities could slow the refurbishment and return of repaired systems to Russian forces.
