Ukraine says it has completed its part of the pan-European FREYJA anti-ballistic project and is waiting for partner work to finish before testing. Fire Point is developing the FP-7.X interceptor and launcher; Hensoldt and Weibel are linked to radar options, Kongsberg to system integration and Diehl Defence as a possible seeker supplier. A working prototype is planned for H1 2027, with a first ballistic interception test targeted for mid-2027.
